We Love What We Do
The world of wine can appear large and difficult to approach, and as a consequence it is easy to draw misleading conclusions about one’s own preferences. Do we really prefer specific grapes? What is a wine style and how does this connect to grape? Why do I enjoy what i do? We strive to help people navigate through these issues to arrive at a deeper understanding about what wines suit them, and ultimately enjoy wine more while being disappointed less.

Nina
Sommelier in training
An educator with more than a quarter century experience in lecturing, mainly in the academic world.
Nina has exceptionally good olfactory senses and picks out flavours and aromas with ease.
Anders
Sommelier in training
Anders has been an avid wine enthusiast for more than a quarter of a century, after starting out in beer and more specifically belgian style ones. Anders has been lecturing in various forms for about as long; in academic, military as well as various associations. In wine specifically for close to ten years, although both live classes and finishing the proper sommelier program was halted by the covid-19 pandemic.
Anders has developed his own pedagogical method and combines this with his rhetorical skills and his vault-like memory to thread the path to wine discovery for each participant.
